The staff did everything they could to help us check in early after our flight arrived. It was a nice touch that made my stay more enjoyable. I felt welcomed during my time there.

I mean the location is pretty prime, right near some cool places like Shedd. And even when it took us three tries, we finally got a room with cold a/c, felt like a victory after sweating it out in those other rooms.
